Bethany Laube

ONSITE EVENT MANAGEMENT & ATTENDEE EXPERIENCE SUPPORT

Bethany Laube has been a valued member of the Trifecta Event Management team for the past four years, supporting clients through hands-on onsite event management and exceptional attendee experience. With a calm, solutions-oriented presence, Bethany plays a critical role in ensuring events run smoothly while making attendees feel supported, informed, and well cared for.

With over 20 years of professional experience in business development and operations, Bethany brings a strong foundation in organization, communication, and relationship management to every event. She is especially skilled at attendee-facing support—managing registration flow, troubleshooting onsite needs, and serving as a reliable point of contact for both guests and stakeholders.

Bethany holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from California University of Pennsylvania and relocated to the Dallas–Fort Worth area in 2017, where she now resides in Frisco.

In addition to her professional work, Bethany is deeply involved in the nonprofit community, serving as a volunteer and event coordinator for the Breast Cancer Can Stick It! Foundation. She has supported multiple large-scale fundraising events, including milestone anniversaries and annual fundraisers that have collectively raised over $500,000—experience that further strengthens her ability to perform under pressure in live event environments.

Bethany’s attention to detail, approachable demeanor, and commitment to attendee experience make her a trusted and integral part of the Trifecta Event Management team.
