Liz Hackl is a people-focused event professional specializing in onsite event management and attendee experience support. With more than 12 years of experience in the event industry and a strong background in customer service, she thrives in fast-paced environments where organization, communication, and creating positive experiences for attendees are key to a successful event.

Originally from Dallas, Liz did not grow up immersed in the outdoors. Her introduction to camping and climbing came during her first college climbing trip, which sparked a passion that has shaped much of her life over the past seven years. Since then, she has traveled throughout the United States exploring climbing destinations and building lasting connections within the climbing community. Liz participates in a variety of climbing disciplines, including sport climbing, bouldering, and traditional routes, and holds deep admiration for the athletes who pursue the challenges of ice climbing.

Her commitment to the outdoor community extends beyond personal pursuits. Liz earned a scholarship to attend a women-only Wilderness First Responder course, completed an AMGA Single Pitch Instructor course, coached USA-C level athletes, mentored fellow female climbers, and led lead-climbing instruction courses. She also contributes to the climbing community by setting climbing routes weekly.

Liz holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Arkansas (2022) and is completing a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Phoenix (2026). Her academic background complements her natural ability to communicate, build trust, and support people in high-energy environments.

Outside of work and climbing, Liz enjoys adventuring with her two Australian Shepherds, exploring trails, trail running, and embracing new experiences. Whether supporting large-scale events or mentoring climbers, Liz brings enthusiasm, reliability, and a genuine passion for connecting with people and creating memorable experiences.
